About NSS
NHS National Services Scotland is a national support organisation providing a range of national and specialist services which enable improvements in Scotland’s health.
We operate in almost every area of healthcare, from collecting blood donations to protecting against infectious and environmental hazards to coordinating specialist services for rare medical conditions. We provide statistical information that helps NHSScotland make the right decisions for patients, and deliver technical guidance advice on buildings and equipment.
