Legal issuesIt is of benefit to plan ahead in order to deal with what should happen on your death, incapacity or serious illness. The three main documents for doing that on the legal front are a will, power of attorney and advance directive. Putting off doing them till another day is simply not a good idea. Properly prepared these documents help families significantly if death, illness or incapacity strikes. In addition to resolving issues large sums of money may be saved if proper preparations are made.
